Through the leadership of the City Government of Caloocan, 270 moderate-risk Persons Who Used Drugs (PWUDs) graduated under the Community Assisted Recovery and Rehabilitation Training Services (CARROTS)- Salubong Rehabilitation Program. This marks the 13th successful batch of PWUDs to undergo the CARROTS program.
During the completion rites ceremony, Executive Director-Undersecretary Earl Saavedra of the Dangerous Drugs Board offered financial assistance in the establishment of a Community-based Treatment and Rehabilitation Facility in their local area to strengthen their programs for recovery and reintegration.
