A new ministerial term is about to begin.

Tomorrow in Vientiane, the chairship of the ๐Ÿ—๐ญ๐ก ๐€๐’๐„๐€๐ ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐  ๐Œ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ (AMMD) will be turned over from the Lao Peopleโ€™s Democratic Republic to the Philippines, marking a transition in the leadership of ASEANโ€™s policy-level discussions on drug-related concerns.
