The DDCPEC-MS will be temporarily unavailable for the submission of semi-annual report (SAR) on January 2023 due to system enhancement. Full restoration of the system will be announced until further notice. Meanwhile, you may submit your SAR through this email: cs.sar@pdea.gov.ph.

For Mixtures, reports should only be submitted through email: lad@ddb.gov.ph. For those stakeholders who already submitted their reports to legaldivision.ddb@gmail.com, please resend your reports at lad@ddb.gov.ph.

For other concerns, you may email misd.helpdesk@ddb.gov.ph.

Secretary Catalino Salandanan Cuy is the Chairman of the Dangerous Drugs Board. He joined the Administration of President Rodrigo R. Duterte in July 2016 as the Undersecretary for Public Order and later on as the Officer-in-Charge of the Department of Interior and Local Government.

Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy

The Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) is a cohesive, comprehensive, and balanced strategy aligned with international and regional frameworks on drug prevention and control.

Board Members

The Dangerous Drugs Board is managed by a Board, a multi-disciplinary body composed of 17 members, three of whom are Permanent, 12 are Ex-Officio and two are Regular Members. The President of the Republic of the Philippines decides from among the three Permanent Members who will hold the position of Chairman with the rank of a Secretary.

Malacañang reported that the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) seized approximately P1.37 billion in illegal drugs in various operations from November 2022 to February this year. According to the PDEA, these anti-illegal drug operations resulted in the arrest of 548 high-value targets (HVTs), which is critical in disrupting the spread of dangerous drugs in the country.
