The much-awaited results of the DDB Hackathon: Design the DDB Mobile App Challenge are finally here.
The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) officially congratulates the winning teams whose entries were selected as the top proposals in this competition in observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2026. The results follow the final assessment by a multidisciplinary panel of experts from government, academia, and international organizations.
The Hackathon forms part of the DDB’s continuing efforts to explore innovative and technology-driven approaches to strengthen drug abuse prevention and public education. The winning concept will serve as the basis for the development of a DDB mobile application, translating the competition’s ideas into a digital platform that can support the delivery of relevant prevention information and resources to the public.
The DDB likewise acknowledges all teams that submitted their entries and contributed their ideas to the challenge.
Winners will be contacted directly by the DDB’s Preventive Education, Training, and Information Division (PETID) regarding the next steps and other pertinent details.
