The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) invites everyone to watch the live stream of the DDB SALIKSIK 2026: National Research Conference on Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Plenary Session on Friday, 26 June 2026, beginning at 8:00 AM via the official DDB Facebook Page.
As part of the country’s observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2026, the plenary session of the DDB SALIKSIK 2026 will feature discussions on the world drug situation, key findings from the 2023 National Household Survey on the Patterns and Trends of Drug Abuse in the Philippines, the Enhanced Philippine Anti-illegal Drugs Strategy (E-PADS), emerging challenges, and opportunities for innovation in drug abuse prevention and control.
Guided by the call for a human-centered response through research and innovation, the plenary session brings together experts and resource persons to examine how research and evidence can help inform decisions, strengthen programs, and support more responsive interventions for individuals, families, and communities.
