50 years of championing drug demand and supply reduction efforts: The Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme (CPDAP) shared their five-decade milestone with the Dangerous Drugs Board as the host of their Golden Jubilee Dinner at the Conrad Manila Hotel.
CPDAP was established in 1973 as the Colombo Plan’s response to the growing drug-related concerns in the Asia-Pacific region. It brings together government, non-government and international organizations to identify gaps in Drug Demand and Supply Reduction and come up with a coordinated and unified response to the health and social problems related to Substance Use Disorders.
Joining the celebration are Chairman of the Board-Secretary Catalino Cuy and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Director General Moro Virgilio Lazo, with special performances by Tagnawa Dance Company and Samiweng Singers.
