The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) has successfully concluded its Annual Internal Quality Audit (IQA) with fewer opportunities for improvement and more positive findings compared to the previous year, while fully conforming to all standards under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Over the three-day audit, the operating units of the DDB Secretariat actively took part in audit sessions for the assessment and verification of compliance with established standards of existing processes and procedures. The review covered both frontline and support services, recognizing the essential role of each in ensuring the effective delivery of the Board’s mandate.
These outcomes reaffirm the DDB’s unwavering commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, achieved through the collective effort of every member of the Secretariat and the steadfast support of the Management, ensuring that services remain efficient, responsive, and aligned with the highest standards of public service.
