BKD is designed as a preventive education and information program to counter the dangers and destructive effects of drug abuse.  It aims to empower individuals, especially the youth, to be the catalyst within their peer groups in advocating healthy and drug-free lifestyles through active engagement in various wholesome activities. 

The official opening of the program featured messages from Deputy Executive Director for Operations, Assistant Secretary Maria Belen Angelita Matibag of the DDB and Dr. Mercy Capistrano, Principal of Banca Banca INHS.

The event also had distinguished resource speakers, including Emma Pastorfide, Edna Villavicencio, Lalaine Divina, Liane Angelica Kalacas, and Atty. Ferdaussi B. Masnar of the DDB, and Dr. Jose Bienvenido Leabres, Chief of Hospital at the DOH Las Piñas Drug Abuse Rehabilitation Center, who contributed valuable insights during the training session.
