Dangerous Drugs Board Undersecretary Earl Saavedra (CESO I) delivered the welcome remarks before the attendees of the First Quarter Human Resource Managers Fellowship Meeting and Learning Session for 2023. Held recently at the Oblation Hall of the Microtel UP Technohub in Quezon City, the meeting was participated in by HR bureaus, services and divisions of different national government and line agencies. The Dangerous Drugs Board is a co-sponsor and partner of the Career Executive Service Board. DDB acknowledges the role of HR managers and officers as critical links between the top management and the respective agency workforce in pursuit of organizational development to establish drug free workplaces in government institutions.
