The Dangerous Drugs Board, as the Co-Chair of the Technical Working Group on the Human Rights-Based Approach on Drugs, manifested key ways forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the deliverables under the United Nations Joint Program (UNJP) in the Philippines until 2024. The recommendation was made in order to put on record that some deliverables have long been implemented on the part of the government even before the inception of the UNJP work plans.Â
In understanding this reality, UN agencies in the Philippines can better assess how it can provide support either to enhance or strengthen the initiatives of the joint program
