Secretary Catalino Cuy formally opened the Program Timeline and Budget Harmonization Workshop for the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy (PADS) in Quezon City.
17 line agencies with crucial roles and specific budget allocation for the institutionalization of the PADS convened for the activity purposely to revisit the implementation plans and prepare the necessary budgetary requirements for their support to the government’s anti-drug campaign for calendar year 2025.
For fiscal year 2024, the General Appropriations Act has allocated 2.7 Billion Pesos for the inter-agency implementation of the PADS under the Convergence Program Mechanism.
