The Policy Studies, Research, and Statistics Division of the Dangerous Drugs Board leads the three-day training on Mainstreaming Gender in Data Analysis and Writeshop on Integrating Gender Lens in Program and Project Proposal. This capacitates the personnel of DDB in integrating the Gender and Development (GAD) perspective through Gender Analysis in developing gender-responsive policies and programs to redress inequities and inequalities.
Mr. Ferdinand Gonzales, Ph.D., Executive Director of the People’s Organization for Social Transformation (POST) and certified PCW GAD trainer, served as the resource speaker for the activity.
Deputy Executive Director for Operations and Chairperson of DDB’s Gender Focal Point System (DDB-GFPS), Assistant Secretary Maria Belen Angelita V. Matibag oversees and assesses the output of the activity.
