1. Following the anniversary of the Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program, the Department of Interior and Local Government – National Capital Region led the BIDA Diyalogo: Kontra sa Ilegal na Droga in the City of Manila to bring together representatives from sectors such as law enforcement, prosecution, courts, civil society organizations, educational institutions, youth groups, and local government units.

The DDB, represented by Executive Director – Undersecretary Earl Saavedra, supported this initiative to empower various stakeholders and key sectors in formulating their respective effective and sustainable plans and strategies for prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Mr. Michael P. Miatari of the DDB also discussed the Revised Consolidated Rules Governing Access to Treatment and Rehabilitation Services, which provides a continuum of care under a public health approach in providing the needed services and interventions.
