The Office of the President has issued Memorandum Circular No. 105, dated 28 October 2025 and signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, directing all government agencies and instrumentalities to fully support the observance of the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week.
In line with Proclamation No. 124, Series of 2001, the third week of November marks the annual observance of DAPC Week—a time for all sectors to come together, champion health and human rights, and strengthen our communities through compassion and action.
Bawat Pilipino, may papel sa pagbabago. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang Bagong Pilipinas, kung saan kalusugan ay pinapahalagahan at droga ay inaayawan.
