The Dangerous Drugs Board supports the National Youth Convention 2023 which gathers the 1,800 newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan Officials and the cadet youth leaders nationwide.
Carrying the theme, “Mga Bagong BIDA, sa Bagong Pilipinas”, the convention was participated by selected students from the Philippine Military Academy, Philippine Public Safety Academy, Philippine National Police Academy, Philippine Merchant Marine Academy, Officer Candidate School (OCS) from the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippine Air Force, Philippine Coast Guard, and ROTC Corps Commanders from different colleges and universities.
Executive Director-Undersecretary Earl Saavedra of the DDB, Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos, Jr., NYC Chairperson Ronald Cardema, and City of Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong were also present during the convention.
