A key highlight of the workshop was the presentation of the 2027 Implementation Plans by the PADS Implementing Agencies. Moving beyond policy framing and technical guidelines, agencies translated strategy into concrete program designs.
Each presentation demonstrated how agency mandates are operationalized through specific Programs, Activities, and Projects under Enhanced PADS. Emphasis was placed on internal coherence—ensuring that timelines, performance targets, and financial requirements are logically sequenced and aligned with intended outcomes.
The session reflected the practical dimension of convergence: not merely aligning concepts, but organizing interventions in a way that reinforces collective impact across prevention, enforcement, rehabilitation, and reintegration efforts. Through this exercise, agencies demonstrated readiness to implement coordinated and accountable initiatives in support of the national drug prevention and control agenda for FY 2027.
