Recognizing that implementation must be matched with monitoring, the DDB introduced the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Strategy – Agency Reporting and Monitoring System through Ms. Joan Sison, Chief of the Management Information Systems Division.
The platform is designed to standardize reporting and consolidate data across implementing agencies, providing a clearer picture of progress under PADS. By enhancing reporting efficiency and transparency, the system supports evidence-based oversight and ensures that national drug prevention and control commitments are properly tracked throughout the budget cycle.
