The Dangerous Drugs Board, in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office I, conducted a two-day Training of Trainers on Life Skills Enhancement in Drug Abuse Prevention at the NSCC Hotel, Vigan, Ilocos Sur last November 7 to 8, 2023.
The life skills enhancement training seeks to empower participants to resist drug use and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. It also aims to equip a core group of trainers who will systematically deliver the various modules to students within their respective schools.
A total of 54 Student Leaders from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan actively joined the event.
