OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OED handles all technical and administrative affairs, carries out Board policies and oversees the implementation of R.A. 9165, and the international treaties on drugs and directs, supervises, controls and coordinates the line and staff function activities of the Board Secretariat.
           INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT
IAU assists the management in improving transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of DDB’s operation by strengthening the Internal Control System, improving existing systems and procedures and promoting transparency and accountability in the operation of the Board.
           PLANNING UNIT
Planning Unit formulates and develops appropriate evaluation mechanism and conduct periodic performance evaluation on all divisions/units to monitor the progress of implementation and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of plans and programs for the attainment of target goals and priorities relative to the Board’s work plan and framework of action based on its mandate.
                       MEDIA AFFAIRS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS UNIT
MAPRU maintains the DDB’s image as a positive, credible, trustworthy, and responsive image and communicates its message on anti-drug advocacy to the general public.
                       CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT
ConSec provides technical and support facilities pertaining to the conduct of meetings of the Board and the following standing committees: Committee on Demand Reduction, Committee on Supply Reduction, Committee on Civic Awareness, Committee on Alternative Development, Committee on Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers, Committee on Rules and Committee on Ways and Means.
                       MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVISION
MISD handles the computer and information management needs of the DDB with the main responsibility of providing support and leading the planning and designing, implementation and monitoring to agency’s operations of the agency’s strategic plan through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

           OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR ADMINISTRATION
ODEDA asists the OED in the management of the administrative affairs of the DDB Secretariat, as well as that of relevant external relations designed to strengthen performance delivery of the DDB Secretariat as an Agency.
                       LEGAL AFFAIRS DIVISION
LAD is the principal technical staff action unit for legal matters pertaining to the implementation of the provisions of R.A. 9165 specifically in processing application for treatment and rehabilitation of drug dependents and for authorization of PPA / DOH TRC / PAO personnel.
                       ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION
AFMD manages personnel, human resource development, records management, logistics and transport support, budget and financial management of the DDB.
                HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SECTION
HRMS takes charge of the hiring and placement, promotion, training of all personnel; performance assessment of personnel; remunerations and benefits; control and safekeeping of all personnel records and file; preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and other communications related to personnel transactions and administration.
                RECORDS SECTION
Records Section takes charge in the systematic receiving, compiling/safekeeping and disposition of the records of the Board.
                SUPPLY SECTION
Supply Section provides the logistics support in the form of procuring supplies, materials, equipment, general services such as maintenance of office equipment, vehicles and audio-visual equipment’s of the Board.
                CASHIER SECTION
Cashier Section takes care of the receipt and disbursement of funds of the Board.
                ACCOUNTING SECTION
Accounting Section maintains basic accounting records and books of accounts, controls obligation of allotments, certifies to the availability of funds, processes vouchers in support of disbursements, and prepares and submits financial statements and reports to the proper authorities to reflect accurately the financial condition and ascertain their legality and propriety.
                 BUDGET SECTION
Budget Section assists management in planning and implementing its programs and projects, by preparing budgetary proposals consistent with objectives, seeing to the proper allocation of funds to conform to overall guides and limits, and determining the amount of personnel, materials, services and facilitates required to meet these objectives and the amount needed to pay for them.

           OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR OPERATIONS
ODEDO assists the OED in overseeing the strategic direction and coordination in the implementation of the policies, rules and regulation, strategies, programs and activities related to prevention and treatment of abuse of drugs, control of illicit drug traffic and prevention of diversion of controlled chemicals in accordance to PADS.
                       POLICY STUDIES, RESEARCH, AND STATISTICS DIVISION
PSRSD initiates support and conducts special studies, surveys on the nature and extent of drug abuse in the country and disseminate results of such studies undertaken to aid policymakers and program planners. It is the repository of all drug abuse data provided by various agencies involved in drug abuse prevention and control.
                 POLICY STUDIES SECTION
Policy Studies Section acts on matters related to illicit abuse and trafficking, drug abuse prevention, control, and enforcement through policy evaluation, assessment in the effectiveness and implications of such policies developed and formulated by the board for policy recommendations in support to management decisions on policies and strategies.
                                   RESEARCH SECTION
Research section plans and implements various researches on the psychosocial and other aspects of the drug abuse problem and the conduct of various assessments and evaluation of studies, projects, programs implemented.
                                   STATISTICS SECTION
Statistics section is the principal staff action unit in matters pertaining to collection, collation, and management of statistical data in aid of formulation and development of policies, strategies, and programs, as well as in the preparation and submission of required statistical reports that provide timely, accurate, and relevant data.
                       PREVENTIVE EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND INFORMATION DIVISION
PETID formulates, develops and establishes a comprehensive, integrated, unified, and balanced national drug prevention and control strategy through educational programs and information drives to make general public aware of the hazards of dangerous drugs and controlled chemicals.
                 PREVENTIVE EDUCATION SECTION
Preventive Education section formulates preventive education programs which seek to discourage users and impending abusers from experimenting with illicit substances or continuing to abuse them.    Â
                 TRAINING SECTION
Training Section designs special trainings and conduct continuing seminars for sectors of society which aim to provide current development of knowledge, know-how and expertise on all matters pertaining to dangerous drugs and controlled chemicals, programs of the Board, researches on dangerous drugs, its prevention, and control measures.
                 INFORMATION SECTION
Information section develops and distributes Information, Education and Communication Materials that are deemed appropriate for different identified target groups, in order to create awareness on the hazards of any dangerous drug and/or controlled precursor and essential chemical by providing among others, literature films, displays or advertisements.
